THE REAL WORLD

Maintaining a 30,000 acre cattle ranch is expensive even if you own no cattle. Other
expenses must also be paid for, when you offer accommodations for owners and their
guests. Budgeting for roads, fences, fields, water rights, buildings, equipment,
employees and operations are very demanding.

Dale and Patsy Clarkson prepared and presented at the Annual Meeting, a brief summary
outlining possible options for your consideration. Their presentation can be viewed
by clicking this link. (1.2M .PDF file)

Practical dollar amounts have been suggested and possible money sources have been
listed. Each owner is asked to fill out and return the questionnaire on the last two
pages of this presentation.

If you wish to send your responses to the DSROA Board by email, first open a blank
email window by clicking here.

Then, open a window containing the questionnaire by clicking this link.  The
questionnaire window will have directions on how to copy the questions to your email
window so you can then add your answers and send them directly to the Board.

If you wish to respond via regular mail, just print the questionnaire page and send it
to:

Your suggestions and input are vital.

Looking forward to hearing from each of you.
