Dear John and Members of the Board of Directors,

Thank you for allowing us time on your busy agenda. We can help in the following ways:

Free use of the Quality Inn Conference Room, Telephone and Internet for Board of Directors or other Ranch Committee Meetings.

A special 25% discount on room rates for DSROA Members arriving late or because of bad weather.

Upon the request of the Board, I will be available as a consultant for Linda, Paul and Nancy, and other employees that the Board may hire, as well as individual Directors of DSROA, as needed in order to give stability and continuity to the overall Deer Springs Ranch Program.

The evaluation and augmentation of desired improvements being considered to benefit Deer Spring Ranch and it’s individual members is massive. A simple outline of some needed items were organized in a Power Point Presentation given to the Board on November 15, 2008. I will continue to work with the Board on each of these items.

The Board may want to consider and develop a concessionaire type contract with a private management company to include the total development and management of the ranch which would add long range stability to programing as well as bridging the uncertainties created by an annually changing boards.

The Board may want to modify their present Budget to include money for desired improvement and funding for a general manager to carry the full time responsibilities of the Corporation.
