Board members present: Ben Clarkson, Dale Clarkson, Dirk Clayson, Shawna Cox, Kathy Duvall, Brent Fullmer, Dave Turley. Also in attendance: Linda Alderman, Sec./Res Clerk & Paul Brayton, Ranch Manager

Call to Order, Dirk Clayson

Ratification of August 2010 Board of Directors meeting minutes Motion by Ben Clarkson, Second by Brent Fullmer, vote unanimous.

Motion was made by Brent Fullmer to maintain the DSROA Officers as Presently constituted Dale Clarkson second, vote unanimous

Discussion on new monthly meeting time and place for the DSROA Board of Directors.

The second Friday of the month
Time 4:00 PM
Location ERA meeting room

The meeting was adjourned to an Executive Meeting to discuss late membership dues.
And inspected the 40,000 water tank.
