Larry: Minutes read - motion to approve - seconded
Larry: Horse trailer welded - Don Cox - not highway safe (floor) - take it to ranch
Linda: Not licensed - take to ranch
Larry: GMC truck motor shot - $1800 for rebuild - permanent ranch vehicle - Don will follow up with mechanic
$1500 discount on tank work - cattle guards are 14’ x 9’ - Ole bought two -
Taylor - Made motion to buy or put in budget $750 each - January budget
John - Seconded - pay for them after assessments received and recorded - road fund
Larry: Cabin #2 windows installed by Larry - need few hours insulating inside
Dave Turley has metal for roof on cabin #2 - will do labor on trade after Christmas

Larry: Septic pumping all done - $992 - Cabin #1 septic tank hole patched with metal - not sealed - when cabin #1
refitted, will regrade over septic to keep pressure down -

Vance: Need to move Alan Steed trailer - lower ranch has cell service/water - septic drain is a concern - currently too
close to spring - lives there in summer - must move - health of water concern - pays $250/mo. - his work
exceeds value of culvert given to ranch - option to be delivered - must put in holding tank or septic tank - must
relocate

Ole: Possibly below cabin #6 - 6-site pad developed
