 *Motion to fix roof and windows in cabin #2 Fix before December - passed unanimously

*Motion to settle with Alan Steeds equipment debt with Calves & Cows produced on DSR ranch.
 Passed- unanimously

 Robinsons asked to bring minimum (60) cattle up next year. We will build our own herd over the coming years.  Robinson Minimum is 60 / maximum is 130. Written notice for 60 head of cattle will be sent by Larry Clarkson. 2008is Robinson’s last year of their lease.

Managers Report:  Bad Hunting season several confrontations.  One license plate # is 751-VBD, given to Sheriff's officer when he was called out
because of threats to Ranch Manager.  Gate left open - 8 horses missing.

 November meeting will be the budget meeting.
Newsletter -
 Funds for Ranch House needed. Three possibilities:
1) Finance with institution or member
2) Special assessment on each lot
3) pay on over 10 years.
Next meeting Nov 17, 2007 in Kanab.
